SUMMARY
In Application Launcher (Full Screen Version), scrolling is not working on "All Applications". Mouse and Trackpad both do not scroll down.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Application Launcher Widget (Fullscreen Version)
2. Select "All Applications" Tab
3. Attempt to scroll. It may work after multiple attempts and moving your mouse multiple times through the field.

OBSERVED RESULT
Inability to scroll through application list in "All Applications" tab.

EXPECTED RESULT
Scrolling anywhere in the section of "All Applications" instantly.

This is fixed in Plasma 6.4!
