What I suggest
Just for clarity, I attached some workflow diagrams. I can also confirm, this bug has been annoying me. Thanks for opening the issue! I forgot to mention one consideration. If "Delay before password required" is "Never require password", and this issue resolution is to remove the overlay altogether, the controls "Clock" and "Media controls" under "Configure Appearance" should be disabled. |
