The favorites in the Application Launcher (the default "Start Menu" on KDE), when being dragged, automatically launch the app like a normal mouse click after finishing the dragging.

Make it so when dragging it only adjusts the position and does not register the mouse click to launch the app in addition.

I cannot reproduce on my system (Plasma 6.3.80)
