SUMMARY
"update all" does not update all

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. press "update all"
2. watch if all packages gets updated

OBSERVED RESULT
Seems like Discover first update all apps and then one has to press "update all" again to install the remaining.

EXPECTED RESULT
Expect that "all" actually means all and not all of a certain type.

I cannot recall which updates was installed, but at least Thunderbird what on the list. The remaining is shown in the enclosed image.

Can confirm, tested on latest Kubuntu 25.10. The problem is that when there are both snaps and regular packages to update, when you click on "update all" it only update snaps, and then you have to click once again (and enter your password again) to update regular packages. There's no such issue with flatpaks, which are updated together with regular packages in one go.
