SUMMARY
Opens the program window on the screen where the mouse cursor is located at the opening time

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Leave cursor at the extended screen
2. Open Okular with some other program from Companion
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Opens the program window in the second/extended screen

EXPECTED RESULT
Opens the program on Main window, or option to choose where it opens
