SUMMARY
The first launch of KRunner is always about 1 second long, any subsequent launcher are near instant. I assume this might be intentional, however, since KRunner is basically Plasma's "instant search" feature, it's important that it's just as quick on first launch as otherwise.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into a new session
2. Launch KRunner (default shortcuts: Alt + Space or Alt + F2)

OBSERVED RESULT
Slow first launch

EXPECTED RESULT
There's no noticable delay launching it the first time.

yes. We have a lot of people who don't use krunner.

Performance is something we're always optimising so hopefully this will improve over time.
