Element shows all messages. Neochat only shows the last message of a thread. Afaik it used to display all messages, just not in a thread. Now they are just missing.

It seems like it solved it self. Its a bit difficult to check, since many people don't use the threads feature. 

Since nobody has reproduced this and I haven't noticed any missing messages, Ill close this bug report.
