Confirmed with Krita 5.3 prealpha on Windows 11 - used the attached test file. Note though: It is not about color of a layer but color of a gradient assigned to a vector object. Gradient shown on canvas goes from red to transparent. Gradient shown in the tool options dialog goes from white to transparent. Double clicking the white gradient node on the tool options docker updates the gradient shown on the canvas to white as well. Saving this file and opening it again. Gradient on canvas is reverted back to red to transparent. |

STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open attach project file. 2. Select vector layer of the project. 3. In the options tool see: Initial color is white but show pink in render. 4. Try double click in the main white dot for change color. 5. Change color to white again. 6. Save and close project. 7. Open same project. Tve vector is pink again. OBSERVED RESULT The vector is pink. EXPECTED RESULT The vector is white. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Ubuntu 24.04 installed from Flathub.
