SUMMARY
Desktop files (*.desktop) have three properties: Name, Description (GenericName) and Comment.

Spectacle's desktop file Comment is the same as its description (but with different capitalisation). Comments are usually not a generic name of the application, but an active sentence. So the Comment couldd be change to something like "Take screenshots or record the screen".

Make Comment match appdata's Summary

These two should be kept in sync, and the one in the appdata file is
better, so migrate it to the desktop file.
