I have 6 virtual desktops and 2 activities. This is the use case:

I am currently on activity A1 and virtual desktop VD2
I switch to activity A2 (over keyboard shortcut) and there to desktop VD4
I switch back to A1 (over keyboard shortcut)

I can see the windows from A1 but the mouse still controls the windows from A2.

This is not always the case. Sometimes it works and I can control the windows which  I see, but mostly the mouse controls the (invisible) windows from the previous activity.

I use Kubuntu 25.04 with backports PPA.
