"Normal"/CUA shortcuts like `Ctrl+C` for copy can usually be enabled by hitting `Shift` as well (e.g. `Shift+Ctrl+C` for copy). Could we have a toggle that automatically swaps shortcuts like `Ctrl+Shift+C` and `Ctrl+C` in Konsole so that `Ctrl+C` behaves more like what most people are used to (like Emacs' CUA mode)?
