You try to "merge" a children tag to a parent tag with drag and drop. The drag and drop here is used to manage the tag tree-view contents. Typically you move a children tag to the parent's tag which is a non sense... So nothing is done. So my Q is : what's the tags merge want mean for you here ? Tag merge already exists; normally, a popup with a selection should appear during the process. However, recently, some users haven't been getting any popup.
