2. Click on Menu
3. Show Panels

OBSERVED RESULT
Show Information Panel NOT available 

EXPECTED RESULT
Click on Information Panel, it displays information panel to the right side of dolphin

Merging this in with the existing report from Debian's packaging of 25.04.0. For reference, this has occurred in the past as the result of a packaging issue in a distribution - see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dolphin/+bug/2084206 as an example of when this occurred in Kubuntu, and https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=494480 for Neon. Could you please follow the Debian bug reporting process (https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting) to have this reviewed?
