SUMMARY
Every time I’m trying to scroll the left panel (where the setting section are listed) with the mouse wheel, the Settings app crashes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Place the mouse cursor over the left panel
3. Turn the mouse wheel down

OBSERVED RESULT
The app crashes.

EXPECTED RESULT
The contents of the panel should scroll.
