open system tray settings, go to "Entries", try to scroll the entries list with mouse wheel; Plasma crashes. No crash when scrolling by dragging the scroll bar.
Other crashes occur when scrolling with mouse wheel: when scrolling the options from "Distribution method" combobox in "Enter the details about the crash" step of drkonqi crash reporter, and when scrolling the "Behavior" section of task manager settings.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
