SUMMARY
Right click on process in system monitor show context menu in wrong place on screen

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system monitor
2. Go to processes tab
3. Right click on process

OBSERVED RESULT

Context menu shows far from mouse position

EXPECTED RESULT
Context menu show at mouse position

Can reproduce, also in Applications.
