Hi - I can't reproduce the issue using what I believe the steps would be, but to be sure - could you please provide the specific menus and menu entries that you are clicking on to unpack the ZIP archive? For example, are you using the right-click "Extract here" option in Dolphin, or are you opening Ark and using the "Extract" button from within the full application?

Thanks!

* open the archive with the Ark UI directly
* click unpack from the button menu
* select a folder, mark "unpack to folder"

Now depending on if the subfolder name selected in the previous step already exists, two things may happen:

* the subfolder is created: no notification is shown at all after unpacking
* the subfolder already exists: I choose "unpack into the folder", then "overwrite all files": the notification appears but clicking the "open folder" button does nothing

Thanks! I can reproduce with those steps on my Fedora KDE 42 device.

Bug report https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=500906 mentions a very similar issue, although I don't know enough to know if they have the same underlying cause.
