system logs seen on waking up from hibernation

SUMMARY
When Plasma on my laptop is configured to use an external monitor as the main input, it reliably disappears after the system wakes up from hibernation. There is a black bar where I would expect Plasma's tray to be. After `killall plasmashell && kstart plasmashell` , it becomes available once again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On a laptop, configure Plasma to use an external monitor as the main input.
2. Trigger hibernation/sleep.
3. Wake up the system.

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma's tray will likely be gone.

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma's tray should be where I left it.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
See attachment for system logs seen on waking up from hibernation.
Removing the notification widget from the tray doesn't seem to have fully fixed the issue, and it's not an ideal solution anyways because its absence causes any notification to hang the whole desktop for several seconds.

Thanks for the quick triage!

I just wanted to clarify something - in my case, the application windows remain visible on the external monitor, it's only the system tray and wallpaper that disappear. It also only seems to occur when waking up from hibernation - a simple screen lock - standby - unlock sequence doesn't seem to trigger it.

Yep, that's the same issue indeed. Windows are drawn by KWin, not Plasma.
