SUMMARY
Krita wont allow me to export my drawings in file types other than .kra. it also wont allow me to import refences in certain file types, such as .png, .jpeg, or .jpg

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to file
2. click Save As
3. hover over and click the dropdown under file name

OBSERVED RESULT
the tyoes of files it allows me to save the document as is only one, .kra instead of other file types that allow me to export the drawing. 

EXPECTED RESULT
the dropdown has many file types that it allows me to save the drawing as, such as jpg, png, etc.

This must be a local problem. Maybe a virus scanner has removed some plugins, or something else prevents them from loading (even though even .kra is implemented as aplugin), but it's not something that happens for anyone else, nor something we can fix. Please try to reinstall or use the portable zip file version of Krita.
