Please provide more information about the issue than what you put into the title.

The bug report comes with a template for a reason. The information and data points there are helpful in troubleshooting your issue. Leaving it blank is not helping at all.

Also, screenshots or screen recordings of what is happening are very useful as they give the developers environment information (like effect stack content, timeline use, selected tools, etc.) not captured by the template.
