Description Riccardo Robecchi 2025-05-05 22:11:32 UTC
SUMMARY
After boot, or after issuing "akonadictl restart", the akonadi_google_resource process uses ~70 MB of RAM. This usage climbs up over days, however, and it often goes up to 200 MB. I have noticed this issue since updating from Plasma 5.27 with Frameworks 114 to Plasma 6.3 with Frameworks 6.11.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure a Google account in a calendar application like Merkuro
2. Leave the system running for a couple of days

OBSERVED RESULT
The akonadi_google_resource process uses more and more memory.

EXPECTED RESULT
The process does not use more memory.
