I have the same behavior when testing on KDE Neon Unstable Edition. Can you attach a screen recording that shows the issue happening? Thanks a lot! (In reply to Victor Ryzhykh from comment #1) > I have the same behavior when testing on KDE Neon Unstable Edition. Now I checked it again on a fresh image with OS Neon. There are free drivers and it runs on virt-manager. Widget icons are now movable. But the panel itself is white and you can’t see how the movement occurs. Created attachment 181003 [details]
Panel
On my Rosa system, sometimes it is possible to move the widget, but these are isolated cases.
Maybe ten percent of all verification attempts.
Sometimes I manage to move it, but then I can't move it again.
I use nvidia575 driver.
I may need to completely rebuild the plasma-6.3.80 packages again.
I currently have the newest plasma packages from the master branch collected.
