SUMMARY
The settings in Dolphin didn't have an option to activate the information panel

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Click on "View" in the Menu. 
2. Then choose "Show Panels"

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no option to activate (or deactivate) the *Info* panel. See this screenshot please:

EXPECTED RESULT
An Option to activate the Info panel.
The Info panel is on the right side of Dolphins window like in this picture:

Hi - this has occurred in the past as the result of a packaging issue in a distribution - see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dolphin/+bug/2084206 as an example of when this occurred in Kubuntu, and https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=494480 for Neon. Could you please follow the Debian bug reporting process (https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting) to have this reviewed?
