screenshot of a project monitor and video effects with Rotoscoping effect enabled

SUMMARY
Noticed that when applying Rotoscoping or Rotoscoping (Mask) it doesn't affect the preview in the Project Monitor, but if you render the project the effect is applied. Other effects such as Rectangular Alpha Mask/Alpha Shapes/Alpha Gradient/etc. do work in the preview.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have two video clips (I've tested with pictures, video and color clips) on two video tracks
2. add Rotoscoping effect to the clip on top and make any shape

OBSERVED RESULT
You can move, edit and keyframe the mask, but it doesn't affect the preview in Project Monitor. On rendered file it works fine.

EXPECTED RESULT
Rotoscoping results should be visible in the preview, like all the other masking tools.
