STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. insert an audio CD
2. eject the audio CD
3. insert a DVD or BD
4. eject the DVD or BD
5. insert the same audio CD used in the step 1

OBSERVED RESULT
audio CD is not recognized after the last step

EXPECTED RESULT
inserted audio CD is always recognized

If I connect a usb flash drive after the last step, an empty row appears in the applet, as we can see in the attached screenshot.
