STEPS TO REPRODUCE (in my case, wanted to know which devices were shown in /dev when plugging something in) 1. ls -a > ~/file1.txt, *plug in device* ls -a > ~/file2.txt 2. open Kompare, select file1.txt, select file2.txt. 3. compare OBSERVED RESULT Per line of file display, only see bottom half of the text. see attached screenshot EXPECTED RESULT fully readable text SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window) Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
