Please attach the output of > journalctl --user-unit plasma-kwin_wayland --boot 0 and > sudo dmesg after triggering the problem Yeah it is a duplicate, thanks for pointing it out Johnandmegh. Like its said there, another way to recover from the frozen screen is to shut down its power and back on again.
