Kdenlive 25.04.0 is closing unexpectedly on Ubuntu 22.04 while creating sequences from tracks. 
OS: Ubuntu 22.04 64bits
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-14700K
Memory: 64GB
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4070ti (16GB)

Can you please give more details: what clips are selected when you try to create a selection ? A screenshot of your timeline might help, as I cannot reproduce on a simple test.
