In the physical album view, you can recreate thumbnails by pressing F5. Why do thumbnails need to be recreated in the person view? New face thumbnails are created when the face is tagged. Maik Hi. the reason I asked for a way for face thumbnails to be recreated is because they keep dissapearing while is various People view https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=503060 I tried recreating thumbnails from through Maintenance menu, I tried running auto-clicker so it pages-down through each face. After I make some face manipulations, some subset of thumbnails become available and need to be rebuilt. In this issue I am asking for a mechanism to check if any are missing and and rebuild those. |
