SUMMARY
Taskbar icons' context menu doesn't have "More... -> Configure Special Window Settings...".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run an application.
2. Right-click on the taskbar icon for the running app.
3. Navigate to "More..."

OBSERVED RESULT
The menu doesn't have "Configure Special Window Settings...", etc. See screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
The menu should have "Configure Special Window Settings..." and other items - at least those that are included in the window titlebar menu (see screenshot #2).
