SUMMARY
crashing kdenlive

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add video from library to timeline
2. Select video
3. Press Shift + DEL (And with about a 1 in 2 chance you'll crash kdenlive.)

OBSERVED RESULT
Kdenlive crashes

EXPECTED RESULT
Video splitting

Thanks for your report. Which Kdenlive version are you using ? This looks a lot like this other bug that was solved just after the official 25.04 release:

Could you check the 25.04.0 AppImage that contains this fix to confirm ?
