SUMMARY
The warning on the pre-populated Description field template that "If you're not sure this is actually a bug, instead post about it at https://discuss.kde.org" leads to occasional user confusion, as it implies that feature requests aren't appropriate.

Could that warning perhaps be updated to "If you're not sure this is actually a bug or valid feature request, instead post about it at https://discuss.kde.org"?

This is maybe possibly related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=240086 , but I read that as a request for a more holistic update to a targeted feature request template.
