Picture of the osm-map with chines language

SUMMARY
OSM always shows the maps in the language of the country. This can be difficult to read - for example if the photo was taken in china or thailand.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
always when a photo is shown in a country with not latin letters

OBSERVED RESULT
give a chance to change the osm-map, f.e. https://openstreetmap.de/karte/


EXPECTED RESULT
a readable map
