STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Elisa 25.04.0
2. maximize Elisa
3. reopen Elisa

OBSERVED RESULT
System Monitor occupies the whole screen, but the button in its window decoration indicates that it is not maximized

EXPECTED RESULT
System Monitor remembers the maximized state

Correct steps:
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open System Monitor
2. maximize System Monitor
3. reopen System Monitor

This is fixed already in Plasma 6.4.
