Same here but with 50/60Hz and I cannot wake up by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F3. There was a very similar report in bug 502894 where the problem was the 6.14.x kernel. Can you try reproducing with a kernel older than 6.14.0? I tested it on the LTS kernel (6.12.25), and it still happens. Thanks for testing with the LTS kernel. This is a different issue then.
