1. try to build ktorrent 25.04.0 at openbuildservice 

OBSERVED RESULT
 FAILED due error 
[   81s] CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:86 (find_package):
[   81s]   Could not find a configuration file for package "KTorrent6" that is
[   81s]   compatible with requested version "25.03.70".

You will have to either update libktorrent to version 25.04.0 or build a version of KTorrent prior to this commit: https://invent.kde.org/network/ktorrent/-/commit/5a62bf12d93a6f2d2ea15676c1a72520d5a93c67
