STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Visit https://websvn.kde.org/#:~:text=KDE%20e.V.%20%7C-,Legal or https://l10n.kde.org/#:~:text=KDE%20e.V.%20%7C-,Legal.
2. Invoke "<a href="http://www.kde.org/contact/impressum.php">Legal</a>".

OBSERVED RESULT

I am redirected to https://kde.org/contact/impressum#title:~:text=404%20Not%20Found,you%20requested%20cannot%20be%20found, which states:

> The page you requested cannot be found.

EXPECTED RESULT

It should be available.

Sorry I thought this also impacted l10n.kde.org. I can confirm websvn.kde.org is all fixed.
