I messed up my last reply.

If when typing 

$ spectacle

on the terminal you get

spectacle: error while loading shared libraries: libopenvino_c.so.2500: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

or something similar, you need to update or downgrade the dependency. In my case, i was using OpenVino-git, that marks itselft as version 25.2.0 (2520), and spectacle called for OpenVino 25.0.0 (2500). I reinstalled a cached package and set pacman to ignore it for future updates.

However, I updated my system - with Nvidia plugins included...it has broken
again :-/
