Skanpage currently already does that, though it is not configurable. It adds a 4 digit number to the filename. Actually there is a bug in 25.04 and the suffixes do not get added, see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=503787. This will be fixed. However, the suffix is currently not customizable, so this feature request is still valid |
