On Canvas Pop Up Palette -> Kinetic Scrolling -> Lagging Brush Presets Docker
and Brush Editor Docker does not support Kinetic Scrolling at all.

Tested with Krita 5.3.0 prealpha (git: 25bdf81).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Please view the video.

What you see in the video:
1: Scrollling within the Shortcuts settings window - OK
2: Scrolling in On Canvas Tool Options - OK
3: Scrolling in On Canvas Brush Editor - not supported
4 and 5: Scrolling Brush Presets On Canvas and standard docker - severe lagging.

Brush Presets Docker lagging
Brush Editor Docker not supporting Kinetic Scrolling

EXPECTED RESULT
Brush Presets Docker not lagging
Brush Editor Docker supporting Kinetic Scrolling

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I also tested Krita 6.0.0 prealpha:
Brush Presets Docker is not lagging there (it scrolls smoothly)
Brush Editor Docker is not supporing Kinetic Scrolling (same issue like with 5.3 prealpha)

After more testing it seems the lag issue is caused by something in the kritarc file.
It is not only affecting the kinetic scrolling but the whole performance of Krita (tested with 5.2.9 and 5.3).

I have now set this to no bug because I was able to solve it with resetting the kritarc file.
