STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In "Configure keyboard and shortcuts...", change a shortcut.
2. In "Configure toolbars...", click "Default".

OBSERVED RESULT
The confirm dialog warns about resetting toolbars, but shortcuts are also reset.

EXPECTED RESULT
Only toolbars are reset.

I was able to reproduce this in KolourPaint using Frameworks 6.13.0 on Fedora KDE 41. Thanks!

Adding an older Kdenlive bug in See Also, https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=376053 , in case it's related or a duplicate (I'm not sure if the same components are used by that program)
