comparison of old and new edit app dialog

SUMMARY
Before plasma update, in plasma 6.2 i was able to easily edit launch parameters of every app by right-clicking on their icons in main menu. Now same actions open kmenuedit, which have most of the settings, but not "Run using dedicated graphics card".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open start menu
2. right-click to program
3. press edit app
4. kmenuedit appears, but no "Run using dedicated graphics card" setting available.

OBSERVED RESULT
no "Run using dedicated graphics card" setting available.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Run using dedicated graphics card" should be available, as it used to.
