SUMMARY
I was trying to fix the broken image in https://techbase.kde.org/Template:Warning and I noticed that somehow https://techbase.kde.org/Template:Info has a working info image. This image's info page is https://techbase.kde.org/File:Dialog-information.png and it says it comes "from a shared repository", but the links to its details go to Wikimedia Commons and are broken. However, there is an identical-looking image on https://userbase.kde.org/File:Dialog-information.png

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

OBSERVED RESULT
The info page for File:Dialog-information.png  on techbase has a tab to [View on a shared repository], a tab to [Add local description], and text that says "This file is from a shared repository and may be used by other projects. Please see the _file description page_ for further information." But the links go to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Dialog-information.png where there's no such image.

I think the actual linked images are on userbase.

EXPECTED RESULT
It appears that techbase was configured to get images from a shared repository that is/was probably userbase.kde.org, but it's misconfigured, maybe after an update. The fix may be as simple as fixing the MediaWiki configuration so "the shared repository" is userbase.kde.org, not commons.wikimedia.org.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
https://community.kde.org/File:Dialog-information.png is a different image and doesn't have this shared repository.
It would be useful to have a shared repository for cross-wiki images between userbase, techbase, _and_ community.
