SUMMARY
The toggle under System Settings → Remote Desktop → "Enable RDP server" has no effect. The RDP server does not start, and the toggle does not remain enabled. After navigating to another settings category and returning, the toggle appears off again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings.
2. Click on 'Remote Desktop'.
3. Toggle 'Enable RDP server'.
4. Click on any other settings category.
5. Click on 'Remote Desktop' again.

OBSERVED RESULT
The RDP server does not start, and the toggle appears off.

EXPECTED RESULT
The RDP server should start, allowing clients to connect to the PC.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 41
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.12.0
Qt Version: 6.8.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- This appears to be a regression, I cannot reproduce this with a Fedora 41 Live USB.
- Enabling 'Autostart on login' under Server Settings seems to fix the issue.
- Launching it from the terminal with `krdpserver` works fine.

Looks like it's fixed in Plasma 6.5.0.

Seems like it, yeah.

An user needs to be selected (which is none by default) so the toggle works. It's interesting to note that modifying an user results in a keychain error. I'll be doing more testing once Plasma 6.5.1 hits Fedora 43.
