Bug 502443

SUMMARY
`journalctl -f` shows "kwin_core: Cannot grant a token to KWin::ClientConnection" log periodically. and I think this is causing below issues:
1. Brave browser is unable to keep any login.
2. krdpserver keeps crashing.
