SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the properties panel for a shortcut on the desktop
2. see flickering
3. 

1.open the properties panel in dolphin for any file or folder main 
2.see the main window disappear for a moment

flickering and missing windows

EXPECTED RESULT
no flickering and windows
