SUMMARY
Can't see what is selected when empty lines are part of the selection.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have some empty lines in the terminal
2. Select something, including the empty lines

OBSERVED RESULT
The empty lines aren't highlighted. When only empty lines are selected, it's hard to tell if something is selected and what is selected.

EXPECTED RESULT
The empty lines should be somehow highlighted. I'd prefer the old behavior (from KDE 3/4/5) where the full lines would be selected bespite them not having trailing whitespace.
