SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable auto-hide or dodge windows
2. Make the panel hide (maximize a window or just wait)
3. Use a touchscreen to swipe from the side of the panel

OBSERVED RESULT
The panel is revealed, and can't be hidden again unless you grab a window and move it close to it.

EXPECTED RESULT
The panel is hidden again when tapping away from it or after some time.

This is a duplicate of bug 494748, please follow that report for updates. There are recent merge requests open that should hopefully fix this once they are merged.
