SUMMARY
When an instance of Okular is open in full-screen mode, opening another instance will cause that other instance to not have a menubar or toolbar.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file (e.g. file1.pdf) in Okular
2. View file1.pdf in fullscreen
3. Open a second file (e.g. file2.pdf) in Okular as well

OBSERVED RESULT
The second instance with file2.pdf is missing the toolbar and menu bar.

EXPECTED RESULT
The second instance with file2.pdf has all regular window elements.
