Add the link, the rod (or perch or pole), the chain and the furlong to the unit converter plugin

The link is 20.1168 cm
The rod/perch/pole is 5.0292 m
The chain is 20.1168 m
The furlong is 201.168 m

These units of measurement are still somewhat commonly found on older maps or diagrams and it would be useful to have an easy way to convert them

Seems reasonable. I've very occasionally wondered about these archaic units!
